As a kid me and my brother used to love playing "treasure hunt". Its a small game wherein we hide clues all around and each clue leads to the next clue which eventually leads to the hidden treasure.And when we were playing nothing could be more important to us than finding the treasure. It was our very purpose :)

The Bible says that in Christ are hidden all treasures of wisdom and knowledge ! Do we seek Him with our everything ? Is He our every purpose ? The word of God and His Spirit has been given to us .... They draw us closer to Him... Are we using what God has blessed us with to draw nearer to Him ?

The word of God says in Luke 12:34 "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also"

Have we made Christ our treasure ? Lets examine our hearts ... Are we drawing closer and closer to Him with every passing moment ?

Is living for the glory of God and drawing nearer and nearer to Him our very purpose ?
